Order Processing and Shipping
Most items are made to order, meaning once the item is ordered, we begin production. Order processing time is usually 7-15 days, unless otherwise indicated. Please reach out to us at support@peacenbeads.com for special requests.
Shipping
Items ship from North Carolina, USA, via the United States Post Office (USPS). Please note that shipping dates do not include production times.
USPS Media Mail (2-8 Business Days)
USPS Ground Advantage (2 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail (2 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail Express (1 Business Day).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please keep in mind, shipping times may take longer, especially during the holidays. Peace N Beads is not responsible for delays in shipping by the shipping company since we have no control over the USPS.
We offer free shipping for orders over $100 in the United States Only.

Saturday - 9am 3pm
Sunday - Closed
We do not ship any orders (Saturday or Sunday) over the weekend.
Order Processing and Shipping
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@peacenbeads.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
