RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns and cancellations.

1)  If you are not satisfied, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the item. 

​2) Approved Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Note - please include the order number in the package. Without an order number, the item will not be accepted.

​3) A full refund will be promptly issued to you upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We recommend using a carrier service that provides a delivery confirmation number or tracking number.

​4) IMPORTANT - If a return is not received or is lost or stolen during shipping, Peace N Beads, LLC will not reimburse you for the item. You must obtain a refund from the United States Postal Service or your carrier of choice! Please consider buying insurance on your returns.

​RETURNS THAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

1)  Returns without their order number will not be processed. It is not possible to find the order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

​​2)  Any damaged items.

​​CANCELLATIONS

You may request a cancellation within two (2) hours of purchase.
